About Us

CaaS is a suite of solutions aimed at making the compliance process seamless for Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs), Financial institutions, Money Service Business providers (MSB) among others. This includes the ability to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your VASPs(KYV), Transaction monitoring, Wallet screening, Address risk scoring,travel rule and sanction screening within the CaaS platform through API calls and a dashboard where you keep track of all the activities. Within the dashboard you also have the ability to export records where necessary, i.e to be presented to law enforcement or regulators.

Aside from the aforementioned services, some other add-on services include compliance policy drafting by the CaaS team, Assisting in hiring of compliance specialists and compliance department development for her clients.

the terms and conditions of a definitive customer service agreement executed and delivered by the parties to such agreement shall govern all rights, obligations and covenants of CaaS and its affiliates and any CaaS customer with respect to any CaaS product or service. if the customer service agreement and these terms are in conflict, the customer service agreement shall prevail.
